About Our Organization

DPS leadership grows leaders to grow businesses

Our clients are from various industries and vary in size.  We partner with small to mid-size companies who are not large enough to have their own internal talent management teams.  We also partner with large organizations who need external coaching and additional support to resource leadership academies, programs for employee resource groups, projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale implementations.  In addition to our work with organizations, we contract with individual leaders in support of their personal and professional goals.
