The Leadership and Team Development option includes the design and facilitation of customized programs, intended to produce conscious leaders and high-performing teams. We help leaders and team members to recognize and leverage each other’s strengths. We focus on creating confidence and a sense of belonging on all levels of your organization, which allows for more employee engagement, more innovation, and overall a happier and more productive work environment.
Executive and Leadership Coaching
Our Executive and Leadership Coaching aims to help your leaders identify their strengths and to realign their focus. Our clients are often successful leaders who are trying to find their footing in a new role, on a new project, etc. We work with leaders to recognize their strengths, hone those skills, and gain the confidence needed to best inspire their teams.
Organizational Culture and Consulting
The Consulting service offers a partnership, where DPS will work with your organization to identify issues and implement business solutions. We focus topics like diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias (to name a few), which can inhibit an organization’s ability to effectively work together and implement change. DPS helps employees to better understand and appreciate each other, which in turn allows team members to work together more effectively.
